I am a native of Hingham Massachusetts, a small town south of Boston. I have called North Carolina “home” after marring and moving to Wilmington in 1989. I graduated from Pfeiffer College in arts and economics, and have combined these two disciplines throughout my life.
My husband Rick and I have two daughters: Johanna is 16 at Hoggard High and Avery is 14 at the local Friends middle school. Our loves are the beach, boating, family, friends and real estate. My husband is a real estate appraiser and we have invested in the Wilmington market.
I have been a licensed REALTOR@ for 19 years. During my career I have marketed hundreds of properties, communities and New Homes. I am intensely serious about my work but I also believe that the process should and can be fun.
